Moromi-miso is a fermented soybean paste which has a special sake flavor. Sake is the Japanese liquor which is made from rice.

Moromi, unrefined sake is mixed with the miso. It has a special flavor. It goes well with fresh vegetables, tofu(soybean curd), meat and rice.

This moromi-miso is made by Hirano-shuzou, a sake brewer. They have special spring water which has been well-known for a long time. They use the water for making sake in all manufacturing processes. Their sake is recognized as the highest quality.

So the moromi-miso is also fine taste. There are several kinds of flavor of them. Visitor can try them and take the favorite flavor one at their shop in the site.
